    I cannot recommend Dr. Gillen enough! She truly makes you feel heard and takes the time to understand the full picture of your health. Her focus is on getting to the root of the issues rather than just treating symptoms. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to doing everything she can to help you feel your best.

    Update. It has been a year this month and Dr Gillen has given me the tools and information needed in order to get into better health than I have been in many years. I enjoy my visits with her and have gained so much knowledge. I am thrilled with the progress. This is just the beginning. I highly recommend starting your health journey with her!

    Dr. Gillen is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about her patients. Thanks to her guidance and wisdom, I’m well on my way to reaching my health goals. Unlike many doctors, she actually takes the time to listen and offers thoughtful, realistic solution without any pressure. I feel genuinely supported and empowered in my health journey with her.

    I have loved the care I’ve gotten at Mosaic! Dr. Gillen is so kind and caring, and listens to what you are saying . She digs deeper and goes beyond just what the blood work says and I haven’t felt better in years! I’m down 15 pounds and have more energy than I’ve had in a long time!

    Dr. Alexia Gillen at Mosaic Medicine is truly incredible. Balancing the demands of grad school and work can really take a toll on my health, and she has been instrumental in helping me navigate those stressors. I especially appreciate her expertise in women’s health and hormone support; she doesn't just look at symptoms, but looks at the whole person to provide thoughtful solutions that are doable. I always leave her office feeling heard, supported, and empowered. We are so lucky to have a practitioner of her caliber here in Rapid City!
