My husband ended up with an overnight foot infection in almost all of his toes. Urgent Care did a referral and we were able to get an appointment within a couple of days. We show up and I thank them for getting him on in. I got thanked for showing up! Which was like ok wow! The providers that worked on my husband were so kind and caring. The gentle handed care with the smiles and laughs were what we needed. As this was so stressful for me taking care of these wounds with minimal guidance! He has been with them for almost 2 months. He is healing well. They have been amazing every appointment! Thank yall for all you do!!

While on vacation last week, I was brought to Monument Health's emergency room a very sick woman. From the first person I saw/spoke with and including the last person I saw/spoke with at my discharge, I was treated like their most important patient. Every single person treated me with respect while taking care of my every need. Thank you to everyone who took care of me!

I am beyond grateful for the care that I received. My wound care nurses were very knowledgeable in their field, which is reassuring. I typically do not receive regular medical care from physicians. I am a fairly healthy person, I only go to the doctor if it is absolutely necessary. I felt like my wound care nurses genuinely cared. Coming from a person who has reservations about the current medical system, this was a blessing. I am beyond grateful for the care I received. Upon leaving they informed my spouse and I of the care that I wound require after leaving the hospital. They gave us all the necessary paperwork and tools that we needed. We are grateful for the support that was provided.

Every person who helped me along the way, every single one from the surgeon to the amazing nurses (shout out to Ryan and Beth, who were with me the most). You guys are amazing, and made me feel most comfortable in a most uncomfortable situation.
