  My PT Andrea was phenomenal. She was compassionate yet firm. She had answers before I even asked the questions. Very thorough in her explanations and even worst case scenarios to make sure I understood everything. She kept me focused and on point in her subtle kind of way always praising my progress.   I can’t say enough great things about Rehabilitation of Southern New Mexico. From the moment my dad arrived with a broken hip, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The facility was very clean, well kept, and organized, but the best part by far was the people.
  
  The rehab team was incredible — very detailed, knowledgeable, and truly knew what they were doing. They worked hard with my dad every day and helped get him back on his feet much faster than we expected. We honestly thought he would be there for 2–3 weeks, but he was able to go back home within just one week.
  
  This place deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you to everyone there for the amazing care, kindness, and support you gave our family.

  This place is absolutely wonderful. Every person that works there is kind, caring and very professional. I was able to gain a lot of strength from their excellent Occupational and Physical Therapy. It was grueling in my condition and with my level of pain but the therapists were very inspiring and motivating during my stay. There is a reason that they are listed in the top 10% of Rehabilitation Centers in the United States. They deliver! I really cannot say enough about the care. The nurses and techs were outstanding. I had one complaint while I was there and it was immediately addressed and resolved. They are true professionals who really care for their patients. I have been a lot of places over the years and no other place ever came close to the level of care I received here. I highly recommend this place regardless of the level of care and support you are needing. They bring it! Surprisingly their food was very good. And I am picky…lol. For the amount of people they serve, the food was delicious and they served a good variety. I also want to mention that the kitchen staff were always in a great mood and eager to serve us. Excellent service.

  physical and occupational therapy, this is by far the best of the best places to get your needs met!

  My wife Christine Sorg’s time at RHSNM was wonderful. All the staff were the most kind and helpful as I have ever known. The best nurses and technicians were so loving, . Especially Michelle and Rocid and Divine and all the others that I cannot remember their names. Brian and all the Therapist were super. Last but not least Stephanie was so helpful to understand all that was happening. And there was so much happening every day. I wish I could give even more praises to the whole hospital, I just did. Thank you all from our hearts.
  If I need rehabilitation and I may, I’m coming to RHSNM.

  Our family had an absolute wonderful experience at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico.
  
  My mom came to rehab after surviving a serious car accident. After her hospital stay and surgery, she arrived at the rehabilitation hospital for the next step in her recovery. We were hopeful but also nervous about what this next chapter would look like.
  
  From the moment she arrived until the day she was discharged, every single person treated her with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. I stayed with my mom throughout the day and every night during her rehabilitation, so I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible care that was provided.
  
  The rehabilitation team was exceptional. Brian, our physical therapist, and Meagan, our occupational therapist, encouraged my mom every step of the way while helping her regain her strength and confidence. Our case manager, Stephanie, guided us through admission and discharge with professionalism and compassion.
  
  The front desk staff deserve special recognition as well. Every day they greeted us with kindness and warm smiles. During one of the hardest seasons of our lives, they made each day just a little brighter.
  
  We are also incredibly grateful to Dr. Kim and Dr. Zahir for their outstanding medical care. They went above and beyond to manage my mom’s pain, address her medical needs, and treat her as a whole person. Their compassion and dedication gave our family great confidence throughout her recovery.
  
  The nursing staff and patient care technicians became like family. Divine made our final week especially meaningful by taking extra time to ensure my mom’s pain was managed and her transfers were as comfortable as possible. We were also blessed by nurses such as Liz, Daniel, Ellen, Karen, and many others whose names I wish I could remember because every one of them made a difference. From the warm blankets to the explanations of meds the nurses were amazing. I really wish I could remember each of their names to give them proper recognition! The patient care technicians, including Annika, Colton, Andres, Elva, Israel, Misael and so many others, were simply amazing.
  
  The cafeteria team was a highlight to our stay. They provided delicious meals with wonderful variety, and the care shown during mealtime was just as impressive as the food itself. I bought meals to eat with my mom. They also brightened our day with such friendliness and hospitality.
  
  The housekeeping staff also helped create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment every day.
  
  What impressed us most was the culture of this hospital. Every employee, regardless of their role, worked together with one goal —helping patients heal. They cared not only for my mom but for our entire family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
  
  Thank you to every therapist, physician, nurse, patient care technician, case manager, front desk team member, dietary staff member, housekeeper, and employee who helped my mom recover. Because of your dedication and compassion, she is going home stronger, more independent, and filled with hope. We will never forget your kindness, compassion, and exceptional care.
  
  If you are looking for a rehabilitation hospital for yourself or a loved one, I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They don’t just help people recover—they truly care for the whole person and support the entire family every step of the way.
