I was admitted, via the ER, for gallbladder issues. Ultimately had surgery, which went well. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience there. The doctors, nurses, and their staffs were professional, courteous and attentive. Everyone was friendly and seemed to like working there. The energy was positive. Felt like I was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to use the hospital again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the facilities, which are aging.

We really liked my daughter's anesthesiologist, and everyone else we came in contact with was nice. My only issue is why do they have children, littles, waiting multiple hours before surgery... just waiting. She went 30/45 minutes without seeing anyone. My daughter's operation didn't require an IV so we were literally just sitting and waiting with nothing to eat or drink for multiple hours before they finally took her back. Thankfully it was quick, but those few hours waiting with a baby who doesn't understand why that can't have anything, that was rough.

I have been dealing with some of the worst pain I've ever experienced because of a broken tooth. After being sent from one doctor to another without getting the help I needed, I finally came to Memorial Hospital's Emergency Room.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The young woman at the front desk, Marikarmen, was knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely understanding. She immediately made me feel like I was being heard.
The nurse (yadira) (fatima) and physicians assistance ed Watson And Kevin the paramedic trainey were exceptional. They were professional, courteous, informative, and took the time to explain everything to me. Most importantly, they made me feel cared for during an incredibly difficult time.
My recent experiences with medical care in Las Cruces had left me discouraged, but the team at Memorial Hospital completely changed my perspective. I left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful for the compassion they showed me.
Thank you to everyone who helped me. Your professionalism and kindness made a difference when I needed it most. -

I had a really good experience with William A. Delago. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including how the tests and examinations worked. He also provided helpful information about asthma, the different types of asthma, and ways to improve lung conditioning. In addition, he recommended effective breathing exercises and a respiratory trainer to help strengthen lung function. He was professional, polite, and very helpful throughout the entire experience.

William A. Delago
spirometer test
I’ve learned more about my asthma now at 28 than I ever had before, he was very detailed explaining everything I needed to know with my current condition and I’m very grateful for his advice. Highly recommend
