    To the Staff and Management of Advanced Care Hospital of Southern New Mexico,

    I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care my son received during his recent stay at your facility. He was transferred from the Memorial Medical Center ICU and admitted to Room 674 on April 7th, 2026. When he arrived, he was on a ventilator, had a PEG tube, and was not fully responsive. Thanks to your incredible team, he made remarkable progress and was safely discharged on May 6th, 2026.

    Words cannot truly express the gratitude I feel for the care he received. Every single person we encountered was attentive, caring, and compassionate. Your staff works beautifully as a cohesive team. I can honestly say that the entire team cared for him; whether a staff member was directly assigned to him or not, they all stepped up to respond to his needs.

    I know that the work you do daily is not easy, but everyone’s passion for their job shines through significantly. As a worried mother, I was constantly by his side and checking on every detail, yet your staff always treated me with endless patience and kindness.

    Thank you to the entire LTAC staff for the wonderful care you provided to my son. You helped him reach the next major stepping stone toward his recovery. Without your expertise and dedication, he would not have been able to transition to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico.

    I am forever grateful for each and every one of you.

    My sister was in the care of Advanced Care Hospital and they were very caring, compassionate and took great care of her. I would like to mention a few employees who went out of their way to help her and also keep me updated on her condition. Her case manager, Amber Manges was especially sweet and so helpful. I don't know how I would have been able to keep updated without her help. No matter how busy she was she always got back to me.
    Also Cory Vasquez, on her unit floor, was so kind and helpful. He would go to her room to make sure she could reach the phone when I called.
    Overall, I am so grateful for this hospital and the care my sister received there. A+

    Let me be clear here... This poem is a composite made up from the entire staff. It would be too repetitious if I tried to include everyone because strength, kindness, and dedication are traits all of you embody.
    Also I failed to mention dietary, housekeeping, and physical and occupational therapy. But I found each department abundant with quality people all of you have my deepest respect and gratitude.

    Added 1-29-2026:
    I know this all sounds like nice compliments. And too often compliments are insincere and serve alterior motives. That's why I hope you understand when I say that these (however poetic my verbage) words express my direct observations and experiences. They are matter-of-fact statements that I am happy to express and share. But to call them compliments, I believe, diminishes the degree of sincerity throughout this review. Not that ACH did, but people who have read the review have said "such beautiful compliments!" So here I go amending! Lol
    Thank you all again!

    I've been home for almost 4 weeks now and I just wanted to let you all know that I no longer require ⁰2 assistance at all and I am near fully recovered. I couldn't have gotten here without ya'll. Still with sincere gratitude... Thank you all, especially you, Adrian!

    A huge thank you to Vivian, Cheryl, Michelle, Sid, Sabde have all went over and above their job to make me feel comfortable with the best medical possible Amber has made sure my going home is an easy transition medical care. The team here at Rehab center has been out of 5 hospitals in and out for 4 years This rehab has been the best rehab center for me hospital with most caring nurses and tech. And most of all Staff has been most caring to make sure everything runs smooth for the move home
    Thank you so much for the stay being so eazy

    I will write a more thorough review later when I’m out . But I can already tell you I have never felt so taken care of in my life and I will forever be grateful for that… spinal cord injury patient
