    When my Plastic Surgeon recommended
    Hyperbaric Therapy after my reconstruction surgery. I was terrified!! Heather at Willow Bend made me feel so at ease. She had me come in, view the chamber and answered all my questions. She was so kind and patient as I had my first treatment. She goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before each treatment. Heather is wonderful to work with. Thank you, so much, Heather!!

    I was so Happy to find this place for my treatment. Special shout out to Heather who was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and always accommodating my treatment needs. Made my therapy a pleasant time. I recommend this place for any of offered treatments. Ask for Heather, she is pleasant and fun to be with.

    My son has been receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Willow Bend Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and I’m extremely impressed with the care we’ve received. Heather has been wonderful—she treats my son with so much kindness and patience, and she always makes us feel comfortable and supported. Her compassionate approach truly means a lot to our family.     My mother was referred to Willow Bend Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy by her surgeon for treatment of necrotizing fasciitis on her heel. She has now completed her 14th session, and our family could not be more grateful for the exceptional care she has received.

    From the very first phone calls with Dr. Myers, Ms. Terzia, and Ms. Heather, the level of professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness has been remarkable. Ms. Heather, in particular, has consistently exceeded our expectations. She treats my mother—and our entire family—with genuine warmth and hospitality, going well above and beyond her duties as a technologist.

    Ms. Heather’s expertise is evident, and she takes great care to ensure my mother is comfortable and at ease throughout each 90-minute treatment. With four grandchildren who alternate picking my mother up after her sessions, Ms. Heather has been unfailingly kind and welcoming to every one of them. She keeps me informed of my mother’s condition before and after each session and even updates me when my mother and the grandchild driving her are on their way home. This level of communication and care is rare, and it has provided our family with tremendous peace of mind.

    Beyond the outstanding service, the hyperbaric treatment itself has been truly instrumental in my mother’s healing. We consider it nothing short of a saving grace.
