R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics

I had an infected incision on my ankle from two surgeries on my broken leg. I could tell a huge difference after the first visit here. Consistent care and personal attention have helped my incision heal in 4 weeks, even after 4 months of it being open and unhealed since my surgery. Marcy at the front desk is so warm and friendly! Rosie and all the other doctors make you feel special and assure the best of care. They truly care about your healing process and express empathy. Forever thankful for these people!

There are not enough positive words I can say about this place and the people here. I came for a workers comp injury and from the first moment I talked to someone on the phone, it was a positive experience. Marcy, who works the front desk, was so kind and SO helpful in making sure that my first appointment was taken care of through workers comp. She was so easy to talk to and communicated with me (and the workers comp people) to get it done and done quickly. The there was Rosie, the doctor/PA who treated me. She was so knowledgable and compassionate and caring throughout my treatment. I went down the Google rabbit hole and was dreading this, but after my first appointment (and every one after), I discovered that with the right treatment and right doctor, it wasn’t even close to being as bad as what my mind (and google)conjured up. Anthony, who ran the hyperbaric part of the clinic was easy to work with and as kind as everyone else at this clinic (and when you see someone 20 days in a row-that’s always a plus!). Again, from the care, knowledge, compassion and helpfulness I received here, there are not enough stars I can give!!!!

My road to recovery is a long way to go and I had a infection thankfully I received excellent care from this establishment Rosie was a great help and was very nice answered all of our questions and worked with my rehab schedule! My mother takes me to all my appointments and her primary language is Spanish with Rosie she for sure felt at ease and asked if she had any questions. The receptionist as well was really helpful and kind. She was very welcoming. Overall, this location is very wonderful and if you know anyone with a wound this is your place!
