I've been a Restore member for several years, and it's always my first stop when I'm traveling, when in need of services. I visited the Houston (West University) location and had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Nurse Rachel was amazing—she made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and was very patient. I'm a hard IV stick, and she got it on the first try, which is rare for me. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Houston.

The staff here is so friendly and genuinely interested in helping you reach your wellness milestones. First time doing the h-box and it was really interesting. They offer flexible packages to cover just about anything you’d need. Planning to keep coming back, they are great!

Restore was an overall fantastic experience! I was able to be seen as a walk-in, which I find very rare at most wellness studios. The sauna was very private and relaxing and you are able to change the color of the lighting for different benefits. The cryotherapy chamber is very unique because it allows up to 4 people, so you could go with some friends and have a little dance party! I appreciate when wellness employees are passionate and knowledge about how each service aids our bodies and Brad was very informative and helpful! Would highly recommend. Very relaxing atmosphere!

Great customer service and Rachel was the best nurse. I got the IV service and she explained everything perfectly and the poke was painless. The front desk employee was great as well. He got me through the process quickly and the set up was great.

Had a great experience here. The cryotherapy chamber was awesome and everything felt very professional and well organized. The service was excellent from start to finish. Brad and Sissy took great care of me and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I even forgot my necklace when I left, and they kindly came out to return it to me, which I really appreciated. Little details like that say a lot about the level of service.
