I was a patient of dr. Clays, he and his staff there at the wound care center were excellent, very nice and caring all the nurses were very professional and I recommend them to any body needing wound care.

A nurse named Collette treated my stingray wound over the course of 4-5 appointments. She treats her patients like children. She actually cares and made me feel safe.

Had a butane can break and burned my hand mostly fingers. It was a chemical burn (like frostbite because of the cold of the butane.) They pushed ketamine 24/7 even when I told them it wasn't helping in my pain relief. The failed to control my pain except during wound debridement and when changing bandages. I waited over 1.5 hrs with no response from nurse, charge nurse after pushing button even after falling in the restroom because the motion sensor didn't pick me up so I fell and had to break my fall with both my hands including the very burned hand I was being treated for. Very disappointed considering the reputation the have.
