Restore Hyper Wellness is an incredible place and has genuinely made a positive difference in how I feel on a daily basis. The range of services they offer is impressive, from cryotherapy and IV drips to infrared saunas, and the staff is always on hand to help you choose the right treatment for your needs. Every visit is handled with professionalism and care, and the facility is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about helping you reach your wellness goals. I cannot recommend Restore Hyper Wellness enough to anyone looking to invest in their health and recovery in Austin.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared.
After waiting 3–4 weeks for a refund, I was explicitly told I would receive a check due to my account being closed. Despite that, the refund was processed to the inactive account anyway—without any prior communication.
I’ve since confirmed that this can delay access to my funds for months, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.
Beyond the refund issue, my overall experience here was disappointing. From inconsistent service to difficulty with basic procedures, it’s been frustrating from start to finish.
Clear communication and following through on agreed solutions should be the bare minimum—especially when handling clients’ money.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so others don’t have to deal with the same situation. -

Went in to receive a liquid IV, and was amazed to see how much more they offered. Everything is catered to your comfort while you receive treatment. The staff provides you with tons of information, but also let’s you relax and enjoy the spa like feel.

The woman who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She was able to schedule me same day and recommended doing cryotherapy and red light therapy. I left feeling great! The facility and changing rooms are very clean. I will definitely be back again.

I took my student athletes to this location and it was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was knowledgeable, fun and so nice!!!! Everyone is so awesome!!! We will back! My girls got professional stretching, compression, local cryotherapy and the whole body cryotherapy. I highly recommend this place!
