Now that I know, I would never willingly go anywhere else! This team, in its entirety, individually and collectively, are by far what I look forward to the most during my entire process from my freak incident! It truly speaks volumes when every single member of this family, and I said family because it’s clear they’re more than just employees here, is happy to be here, and loves working alongside everyone that works here. The level of positive happy energy from everyone has been refreshing and uplifting during my journey that has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride of emotions for me. Feeling like I matter and knowing me by name and face instead of just another patient provides a blanket of comfort, trust and confidence. While appointments are kept on a strict arrive on time policy, I’ve never felt rushed in and out and everything always thoroughly explained to my level of understanding. The compassion and understanding from this team is something the health field could take a lesson from. I truly believe the person responsible for this, is Dr.P himself. It was clear from my first visit, how much he cares about each and every patient of his. The strings he pulls or hoops he jumps through to help every patient in any way he can is just amazing! Let’s not also forget the receptionist that keeps this show running smooth and without chaos, Bianca! This girl has her hands full but does it always with a smile and warm chipper demeanor, and it’s with her that you feel welcomed immediately, as she calls you by name as soon as you walk in to let you know she checked you in, she doesn’t wait for you to come to her desk and give your name, she makes it a point to ensure you know that they know who you are! And lastly the Hyperbaric oxygen therapy team!! These guys are the most patient and understanding team I’ve ever encountered in my life. From answering all my curious questions, and I’m a curious person, to handling each individual personal needs during treatment, I’ve never felt pressured or shamed or felt anything less than if I was the president. And this is how they make everyone feel, attentive to each persons care needs wants you name it, these guys will see to making you comfortable and providing the best possible outcome for you during your treatment. Always polite and courteous I almost feel like these guys never have a bad day or ever get annoyed..: because I’ve never even gotten a whiff of frustration or irritation or anything other than genuine pleasantries as if they appreciate being able to provide this wonderful benefit to my wound healing process. Always welcome never a burden and happy to be on this journey helping us. Again, now that I’ve experienced this, I will never go anywhere else, and will always and forever, as long as Dr. P is there, will only recommend this facility and staff to anyone who needs it! I cannot thank and appreciate this team, their efforts and what they do, enough! Thank you all for the impact and difference you have made in my life and for me on this journey I had to experience. Yall made all the difference and turned such a negative for me into something soo much better! I love yall for that!

The staff at this location are wonderful! Bianca makes life so much easier by knowing what your schedule should be and is always friendly and laughing.
Sierra is also great to deal with when Bianca is not available or I have a question about my referral.
Nursing staff is well, educated and knows what they’re doing.
Dr. P is such a good man. Not only treats you as a patient, but also as family And knows exactly what he’s doing . -

Very pleased with all the doctors, nurses and front desk staff. All the staff listen to patients and provide help. Very glad we chose this place.

Dr. Sherwin Parungao and Bianca have shown great care and patience with my family during our time of need. They have really assisted us with care and treatment. The whole staff at this office go above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for the services provided.
