I can assure you that any negative reviews you see have another side to the story. I had 3 appointments here total and want to s/o Dr Yogi P & Shoni; Natalie was also helpful on a quick phone call. They treated me like a life long patient, I wish they were PCP. I had a face cut/ head injury and they helped me every step of the way. They took my issue seriously and were thorough in all details of my treatment. Dr P was very knowledgeable, trusting, and hands on. Shoni was charismatic, proactive, and organized! He took a lot of time to talk intricately about me, not rushing. She recognized the urgency of my injury & made me feel seen and valuable. They made me feel VERY prioritized on a busy day. For anyone complaining about the wait time, it’s because they’re actually taking meticulous and conscientious care of their patients. We need more people like them in the healthcare and general world, highly recommend raises for the crew! (the nurses were sweet as well)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was completely useless. We brought my wife in with immense abdominal pain, signed in at 10:20 pm. Sat in the waiting area for over half an hour before being called to the window to register, then waited again for the triage nurse to call her in. Got into a room after 11:30 pm. Nurse came and asked most of the same questions triage had. Told us a doctor would be to see her shortly. After a couple hours of waiting, I finally flagged down the nurse, and asked if she knew when a doctor would actually be in to see her. She told us that there was literally only ONE DOCTOR working. ((What kind of ER has only one doctor on?)) She said she'd find out how many people were ahead of her. Comes back and tells us there's two patients before her. Doctor finally came in at just before 3 am. His "treatment" plan was to give her a drink and maybe some mylanta. Mind you, my wife was in so much pain she thought she was going to die, but this quack was going to give her water and call it good. We decided to just leave, and I can guarantee we will never go back there. Don't waste your time going here.

The staff were genuinely awful to me. I don't know what possessed them to be like this, but they belittled me the entire time I was there. On my intake alone I was made fun of by staff for a medication I was prescribed and needed, and the coming days were worse if anything. The staff were essentially unresponsive to needs, and I left having had at most a 10 minute conversation with a doctor over telehealth, raising the question of why I even showed up if all I was going to get was a call on a laptop - surely I could have done that at home. If I'm ever in need of help in North Providence, I'll tell the ambulance to take a longer route elsewhere.

My son was admitted into Fatima. In the ER for kore than 10 hrs. Finally reach his room around 10pm that evening. Dr's, RN's and caseworker came to visit 2 times during his visit on Tuesday. BTW, I was there every morning, noon and night. In shock that no one came to check vitals, ask him how he's doing? I don't believe anyone read his chart only because the family asking questions for him to relay. I felt my son was overlooked as the staff maybe felt he wasnt in enough pain to be noticed. Blood pressure tested 2x out of 6 days, temperature same, no one checked his stomach and no one askes him to keep record of how much urine collected each day. Just poor service and staff moral very low. DO BETTER FATIMA

The staff in the ICU were exceptional. The staff in surgical were also incredible. The hospital was very clean. They were professional, caring and efficient. I was hospitalized twice, a month apart, and on each occasion, they took very good care of me. I am incredibly grateful to them, so I would easily recommend this hospital. Thank you all. ❤️
