Mixed feelings!!
While I absolutely love my (nurse injector) Jacqueline Crammer, as she is kind, caring and professional (I would follow her anywhere - and have).
My experience at Keystone as been less than superb, specifically with one member of their desk/management team. When I went the first time several months ago I did not get a warm reception and just thought it was a one off, we are all entitled to an off day.
Well when I was there again this week I recieved the same short attitude, and it didn't end there.
While sitting in the waiting area I could hear her making comments about recently firing someone (or about to fire someone), then I could hear them discussing another patient by name (which I ironically know the person so the name stood out to me). Whatever happened to patient confidentiality?
It did not end there. After my appointment and checking out an error was made on my billing (things happen) but it was how it was handled.
When I went back in and asked the question to another staff member, said person yells out " I already explained it to her" in a snarky tone, so I said "well please explain it again as it is incorrect". I could tell she was irritated and felt bothered. Long and short it was her error and she never even apologized for her mistake, and it went on from there, too much to include here.
I would love the opportunity to discuss this experience with her supervisor. I was going to email the office, but it's her contact info on the website, so I am sure a complaint emailed would go nowhere since she must field them. I cannot be the only one who has experienced this.
Long and short, I will not be going back to Keystone, which is a shame as it's 9 minutes from my house but will continue to follow Jacqueline, even if that means driving an hour from home.
Keystone, feel free to reach out to me to discuss. -

Exceptional staff! The entire staff all have positive attitudes, they make you feel welcome from the time you walk in till the time you leave. They are extremely supportive and encouraging in order for you to achieve your personal goals. I love working with Claire, she listens to any concerns that I may have and addresses them with options that could work better for my personal needs. She’s very positive, upbeat and encouraging and is really helping me along in my weight loss journey. Thank you!

Had a girls’ day for my birthday weekend and treated ourselves to facials and an Immunity IV drip at the same time. The IV nurse and esthetician were both amazing they explained every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
My skin has never felt so hydrated and glowing! I’ll definitely be coming back for more facials and to try other services they offer. -
