The minute I walked through the front door, I knew this was a top-notch operation. The staff is friendly and caring and they went out of their way to make me feel at ease. They dealt with all my insurance issues. The facilities are spotless and the technicians are thorough and efficient. They were of great assistance helping me to recover from radiation therapy. I found myself at HMS when I experienced sudden sensorineural hearing loss. I contacted a few HBOC places originally, but as soon as I spoke with Ivory, my decision was made. Every single person at HMS contributes to the most positive, calming, friendly atmosphere. They all make a point to get to know you, remember your name, and make you feel at ease. Ivory worked with my insurance to get coverage and kept me updated throughout the process. My protocol consisted of 20 HBOC sessions. The sessions were comfortable, clean, and monitored closely by staff. I can genuinely say that it was bittersweet to finish my 20 sessions and not be seeing the familiar HMS faces so often. I cannot recommend HMS enough! Thank you to the team for everything!!!
