The HBOT sessions truly helped me prepare for my cycle—both mentally and physically. Jacob, the owner, has extensive knowledge of HBOT and openly shares his own personal experience with the treatment. Every time I visited, I felt cared for and supported in a warm and safe environment. The sessions helped ease my anxiety, boost my energy, and improve my blood circulation. I can confidently say that HBOT played a meaningful role in priming my cycle. My journey is not finished yet, so I can’t speak to the final outcome, but I can genuinely say that I’ve experienced many benefits. Best value and one of the safer options in the city. Halcyon Life pressurizes their chamber with air (not oxygen) and uses an oxygen concentrator (not tank) which are the safest options for HBOT. It's a great option for first-timers as they guide you through everything thoughtfully and empathetically (never salesy).
