If you want to spend a few hours and really optimize your health and spirit this is the place. I booked in for the infrared session, a float in the tank and finished up with a deep tissue massage with Francine. I haven’t felt that relaxed in years. In fact, when I got home I realized that I had put my dress on backwards! The space is immaculate and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Ronnie showed me the ropes and explained everything so well that I didn’t have any questions as I went from service to service. The best part is you can do everything in the nude and they provide beautiful robes for you wear so you don’t have a wet bathing suit to contend with. They have towels, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers, lotion and Q-Tips. Just an all around wonderful experience.

This was my second visit to Lumen and they are top notch. Excellent service, perfect environment, beautiful clean facilities and Lisa the massage therapist was nothing short of AMAZING! She really listens to your body and focuses where you need it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I love their float tanks as well, the perfect temperature and space they really are the best!
