The team has worked on me with such care on a consistent basis assuring that treatments and exercises are beneficial. And whoa! Before Gonstead Physical Medicine I could barely squat without dreading pain. Now I not only do regular squats, Cossack squats along with weighted squats are part of my daily routine. The Gonstead team is helping me get back into gear to do kicks and jumps in martial arts. That’s no small feat for the team to take on for a woman over 50 yo. We saw the newer doctor, Dr Max, and he did amazing work on myself and my children. He specializes in pediatric chiropractic which I didn’t realize. Both of my kids had a lot of misalignment and he did a wonderful job adjusting them. Dr Tony does amazing work too! Can’t go wrong with Gonstead!
