  Started in Gonstead thinking I was WAY WORSE than I thought I was.
  Dr Ralph Estevan, walked me thru my exam with x rays and pointed out the areas of work.
  I was appointed a start up plan by a specialist and started right away on a Monday.
  It's been 2 months I've been going to this clinic and I've felt in my best after years of constant back pain.
  I'm still going thru spinal decompression and rehab.
  All the staff members are really nice and caring, I recommend this place for a life changing experience

  I've had excellent care over the years with Gonstead Chiropractics. The new options in physical therapy improved multiple issues that I was having. Dr Estevan is great at what he does.
  I felt my care by the entire team was well managed and resulted
  in noticeable improvement in relation to physical activities and day to day comfort.
  I could not go anywhere else and get the same results.

  This was my first visit and I went in with back pain and a headache. After the adjustment, my headache was completely gone—immediate relief.
  
  Dr. SJ was awesome and really knows what he’s doing. The adjustment felt precise and like he actually fixed the problem. The staff was friendly and organized, and the office was clean and welcoming.
  
  I did try the red light therapy—it wasn’t for me but that’s just personal preference.
  
  Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place. You can tell they care, and I’ll be going back.

  My experience at Gonstead Physical Medicine in Rio Rancho was excellent. I have not had the quality of my assessment nor the careful and precise adjustment by other doctors. Dr. SJ precisely diagnosed and treated my back issue and my recovery began immediately. What a relief! From reception to assessment everyone at the office worked as a team, it was a pleasure!

  The staff is amazing! I came in hopeless not thinking anything would change. I stayed consistent and their support and care made it easy to stay and keep trying to get better. I’m happy to say I got my life back and I'm feeling better more so than I even imagined I’d feel. From rehab, adjustments and all the other amazing services they offered I am sure I could have never gotten this well without it. No regrets, only praise and I will continue to come back because the vitality they help bring is now a lifestyle! Thank you Gonstead staff, each and every one of you made my healing journey possible!
