The staff is amazing! I came in hopeless not thinking anything would change. I stayed consistent and their support and care made it easy to stay and keep trying to get better. I’m happy to say I got my life back and I'm feeling better more so than I even imagined I’d feel. From rehab, adjustments and all the other amazing services they offered I am sure I could have never gotten this well without it. No regrets, only praise and I will continue to come back because the vitality they help bring is now a lifestyle! Thank you Gonstead staff, each and every one of you made my healing journey possible! Working with Dr. Estevan and the entire Gonestead team has me feeling the best I have physically in 20 years. I went through an entire program with them, it wasn't cheap, but worth every dollar. Been an athlete my whole life and I was at a point where my back and hips were in such bad shape that it hurt to get out of bed and walk. It took investment from me to work hard in rehab at the facility and on my own but started seeing results within a couple of weeks. I am now just doing maintenance visits and am back to playing basketball, running and having fun. This is one of the best choices my wife pushed me to do and I'm glad she did. I recommend the entire team, they were patient and invested in my process. Shout out to Jeff in rehab, he kicked my butt and pushed me but I'm glad he did. Thank you to everyone involved, you gave me back a part of my life that I didn't know I missed so much.

Gonstead is clean, thorough, highly organized and honestly offers great care. Sarah and Jeff are helpful and highly receptive when it comes to what I’m feeling and the work I’m doing during PT. Lana, Meagan, and Sam have been super helpful and organized with all of my appointment bookings, the services I’m getting, and with dealing with all of the lawyers and insurance after the accident. Dr. Estevan genuinely worked to get me the care that would make me feel back to normal quickly and to introduce and build up skills that I can use to be more preventative in the future. Not to mention, this office overall has one of the best vibes with people that seem like they genuinely want to be there and want to be helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Gonstead is a full service experience not just a 5 minute chiropractic adjustment. Dr. SJ is extremely thorough and comes up with a solid plan to help you recover. This may include different modalities. The physical therapists are very helpful and try to teach you things you can work on at home. I have never experienced a chiropractor who is so thorough. He checks for range of motion and pain levels. He also listens to your feedback and concerns and will adjust accordingly.

The adjustments here are incredibly effective. Thanks to their care, I am living a significantly less painful life. I’m finally able to get back to exercising and working on my own strength again. Highly recommend!
