    I can't recommend this place enough. Comfortable and clean too! I started after surgery, and the experience has been incredible, not just for my physical recovery, but for my emotional healing as well. I've truly noticed the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in my recovery, but what has made the biggest difference is the people. Barbara, Eryka, and Danirys have been nothing short of amazing. They are super accommodating to specific needs, kind, compassionate, patient, If you're considering hyperbaric oxygen therapy, whether for post-surgical recovery or another reason, you'll be in the best hands here. What is also great is they have a really nice room with infrared sauna and cold plunge reasonably priced (with a shower as well which is very convenient)

    I wanted to try HBOT for general wellness and found Health and Wellness with HBOT in Paramus. My experience there has been great. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is very clean, calm, and relaxing. I spoke with Eryka initially to find out more details about HBOT, its benefits, and the packages they offered. Eryka also walked me through my first appointment, explaining everything and continually checking in to make sure I was comfortable. After the HBOT, she showed me around and explained the other services they offered. Danirys and Barbara were on site for my next few appointments and gave just as much attention to my comfort and overall experience. I’m continuing my HBOT therapy and plan to try out other services in the future. I’ve also recommended Health and Wellness with HBOT to friends.

    Health and Wellness with HBOT is amazing! Dr. Lopez is extremely knowledgeable about hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the chamber experience was both relaxing and energizing. Leslie, Joss, Allie, and Gabe were all so kind and made me feel welcome and cared for. The red light therapy helped with inflammation, and the cold plunge was the perfect reset. You can tell the whole team truly cares. Highly recommend!

    My entire experience with Health and Wellness has been amazing! Leslie, the owner, makes you feel so special and truly cared for. The state of the art, holistic approach is a must for anyone wanting to heal naturally- whether it be after surgery or just for a “pick me up”. I highly recommend this facility for any and everyone. I will definitely be back to try out their other services, as well as the Amazing hard chamber oxygen therapy again! I give them Five enthusiastic stars- more if I could!
