They changed the name but that doesn’t change the terrible service that is received in their ER department. The lively Spanish woman at the front was the only attentive one. She addressed patient concerns and kept people informed as we realized the wait times were rather long. After it was downhill from there. The longest waits 1hr+. Triage was horrible. The slim woman complained about her shift before she put me in a room. At one point, a dominos delivery person walked through the er department. You see the PA for less than 5 minutes. Only after I told the nurse that I needed a email or number to make a complaint did she begin to question me. Please do yourself a favor and go to University Hospital or City MD in Newark.
