I have tried contacting this office for the past 3-4 weeks to simply set up an appointment for the UBI treatment that they offer. I've received no returned calls, and no reply to my email. Really awful service! I don't know what's going on with their practice - but if they're not taking more clients, or no longer offering services, they should update their website and voicemail to reflect that.

I am deeply thankful for Dr. Strauchman. A year ago, I was struggling to get through each day, despite numerous visits to doctors, urgent care, and the ER, all without any answers. When I met with Dr. Strauchman, she truly listened and suggested that Lyme disease could be the underlying issue—something I hadn’t even considered. We conducted several tests, and when the results confirmed Lyme disease, she promptly developed a treatment plan to start my healing process. I remember feeling immense relief and even shedding tears, finally having a clear path to recovery. Today, I’m regaining my sense of life. Although there’s still a journey ahead, I’m now able to function and be the best mother and wife I can be. I genuinely believe that without Dr. Strauchman’s expertise and compassion, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I highly recommend Natural Wellness.

This review has been a long time coming (my apologies Natural Wellness & Pain Relief Center for the long delay). I underwent their hyperbaric oxygen therapy program for my Crohn's disease. More specifically, to heal my fistulotomy incision post surgery. What an incredible medical device! I experienced significant incision site pain reduction and the tissue at the incision site and surrounding tissue healed where my biologic infusion therapy couldn't. It was a miracle I found Natural Wellness & Pain Relief Center. Stephen, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy specialist, was absolutely incredible throughout my treatment. He was empathetic, listened to my concerns, and provided incredible in-depth knowledge on how hyperbaric oxygen therapy would help my specific medical condition. Stephen, thank you for your kindness, patience, and willingness to work with me. In addition, the rest of the staff was wonderful to interact with as they were kind, patient, and knowledgable. Thank you all for such an amazing experience over the many weeks of the program. If I could, I'd rate Natural Wellness & Pain Relief Center a 10/5 stars.

They saved me from back surgery twice now. I have been a patient since 2016. Great doctors and great support staff. The staff and doctors make the atmosphere a very friendly one. Both doctors are very down to earth. Everyone greets me by name. I feel very welcomed every time I am there. You def don't get this at other doctors offices.
