I mean I get it they’re there to serve and to help but don’t make appointments if you can’t stick remotely close to their timeframe. I’ve been to this facility twice and both times I have been put in a room within 15 minutes and then had to wait in that room for close to an hour for a doctor to come in make a statement leave and then wait for a nurse to come in to do the actual work. Which I’m sure is typical in any medical facility but when the doctor tells you they will give you the supplies necessary and then the nurse comes in and tells you no we won’t. That is also very frustrating. It’s almost never the same doctors twice they alternate biweekly so you’re pretty much. Never see the same doctors, but they all have one thing in common. They don’t mind making you wait.

My aunt, a woman in her mid 50’s came in today because urgent care at Winchester advised her to go in (walk in) every two days to check her wound. The lady at the reception answered a few questions in the most ride way possible and preceded to close the window in her and her daughters face before they were done with their questions. Have not seen a receptionist this rude and disrespectful ever. Do not go here do not take your parents here! Ridiculous

I needed someone to help me a Hematoma on my leg. I have seen 2 other doctors and no one has helped me. I referred to the Wound. Center by my doctor. They even called to make an appointment for me. When I got there I didn’t know what to expect. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. The nurses and the doctor helped me informed me what was going on with my leg and even redressed my leg.. They told me how to care for it athome. I happen to see a vascular surgeon which applied to my particular problem. I was very satisfied and happy that someone was actually helping me with my medical problem. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that has a wound or anything that is covered medically in their office.

I am a bed and wheelchair bound quadriplegic. The Dr. and nurses at the clinic are very professional and really understand the problems that go along with having wounds. I've been to other hospitals and was very dissatisfied with the result. However, I have visited the clinic several times and received the best methods of dealing with and avoiding future wounds along with the correct proper medications. So far they are the best I have ever been to and I plan on going back every time I have a problem.

I thought they would be more efficient when helping patients, but I haven't seen much of a difference in improvement when treating my mother,s sore, despite being treated for almost a year. Also one of the recepcionist name Claire is not nice at all, very rude whe dealing with patients if for some reason you don't make it on time.
