Their scheduling is horrible also when you arrive on time you may not be seen till very late they over book their facility. Last week I waited 30 mins before being taken back to a room. It’s a shame they don’t have some competition that would make them care more about patients and working around their schedules. I feel like there is a lack of communication with you condition and the provider and if you question treatment then you told to go elsewhere. The pricing is insane they call this outpatient surgery my first visit was over $11,000. I have good insurance it pays 90 percent but with repeated visits needed to heal the wound and prices at this amount I am afraid it will force me into bankruptcy. I was told by one patient there he had over $75000 bill and they had him coming back over and over he had Medicare but was worried about his part of the bill which I totally understand that’s how I feel now.
