  • I was going here every four weeks. I also have a nurse who comes into my home. My nurse kept telling me “Oh it doesn’t look right it doesn’t look right” and then she would call them and tell them it doesn’t look right. So one day she tells me call them and make an earlier appointment because she wanted them to look at my wound. I go in Dr. Arnold tells me “it looks fine” “it looks healthy” and one of the nurses there agreed! I’m thinking they know more than my nurse they’re around wounds more than she is. They are experts right! Wrong! I started to not feel well. Then my nurse tells me you probably should go to the hospital, which I was gonna go anyway. I go to the hospital. The surgeon has to cut my wound three times and I still needed surgery!I was told here that I was healthy! I don’t understand how you’re a wound doctor but my nurse knows more than you do about wounds. I will never Roll in there again! I mean, what’s the point! They don’t know what they are doing! My wound needed to be debrided and he wasn’t doing it. He debrided it ine time! He comes and shakes your hand, he is in for a second then he leaves. The Nurse is doing most of the work.

  • The Mercy Healing Center is very sloppy and unorganized for appointments. I went to my scheduled appointment, the nurse took my blood pressure and temperature. She was nice and everything. I had a male nurse who was nice too, he attempted to put an IV in me but because my veins rolled he had to go to get a butterfly. When the man nurse came back, he told me that I am not scheduled for my IV medication until next month. The guy nurse apologized for the mix up. He apologized for poking me for the IV. I had to go to the receptionist and reschedule for next month. I took a few hours off work for nothing! This is uncalled for and was very unorganized. This was so unprofessional and not caring for the patient.

  • I want to thank Dr.Tearse and the staff at the wound center. Thanks to their expertise and caring I avoided having to have a graf done on a leg wound I received. The healing progressed and I would highly recommend the Wound or Healing Center as it is so named at Mercy Hospital. Thank you for your care!

  • Most of the staff was very nice. Shout out to doctor Arnold he is a top notch dude. One of the nurses kept spouting misinformation about the covid vaccine (it will cause infertility, it's not effective ect) during a few of my visits. Maybe keep your personal feelings aside and trust the science... since you... ya know...work at a hospital. Would have been 5 stars other than that.

  • I highly recommend you visit this healing center! They are like family here to me, and these doctors, and nurses,. actually care about their patients! I'm literally in here every other day, and I have built a very good bond with the entire staff here! If you want to visit a healing center that welcomes you in like you're family, then you want to visit this place. Mercy healing center is by far a very well educated, and highly experienced office.
