I had visited Omni wellness while I was in FL and I did the Ozone detox sauna while I was there, let me tell you that made me feel so good, relaxed and rejuvenated after. I was telling the nurses how I have stomach issues, and they said I should set up an apt with Dr. Lizardi to go over what I had been experiencing so I ended up doing so and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Lizardi is the most down-to-earth caring Doctor Ive ever come across and I'm excited to be working with him. Thank you and your team for your welcoming ways and support. I highly recommend Omni Life Med + Wellness!

This is a great establishment. Dr Lizardi and the staff at Omni LIfe are very kind, caring, knowledgeable, organized and professional. I highly recommend this place for the services they offer and Dr Lizardi's assessments/knowledge. They offer services here in which very few health-related establishments across the entire United States offer.
Additional review regarding Cristina Alvarez: She is a very knowledgeable registered nurse who administers the EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) treatment. She explained to me everything that was going to take place before, during, and after this treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. This was my first EBOO treatment and I will receive the second soon on April 24th which makes it a 2-week interval. I feel healthier physically and mentally. There are very, very, very few registered nurses who are certified in this EBOO therapy. Omni Life is very fortunate, as well as the clients who are being treated at Omni Life to have Cristina Alvarez as one of their team members.
Additional review regarding employees: Yasmeen, Gianni, Dalia, and Jordan...these four individuals are without a doubt, in my eyes, the glue that holds this organization together. Their attention to detail is superb. They each have a strong knowledge base regarding the various treatments that Omni Life offers. I hope that this review is read by the owners of this establishment and that they are aware that these four are advocates, as well. -

My experience has been amazing! Doctor Lizardi was great and he truly made me understand the treatment that I was getting. He gave me a tour of all of the machines and made me familiar with all of the services that the spa provides. I would truly recommend this place if you want to get into wellness and live in the Tampa Bay Area!

My experience so far is great! The staff are very friendly, attentive and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Lizardi is very knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad I made the decision to come to Omni Life Med + Wellness. Looking forward to taking this wellness journey with Omni Life + Wellness.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and does a great job communicating and making sure you understand what he’s talking about. The thing I love most about him is he guides you his uninterrupted attention and actually looks you in the face when he is talking with you unlike many others. The office is very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well I have and will continue to not only go and even try other wellness techniques but also recommend them to any and everyone I know or come in contact with, I highly recommend you give them a call for a consultation NOW!!!!
