  I’m a regular at their sauna and cold plunge class. Keith invited me the first time, and now I’m a regular at his Friday morning class - Frequency Friday. My husband even rearranged his work schedule to be able to go more consistently on Friday mornings! We frequently bring things with us when they’re in from out of town.
  
  Keith is a world-class facilitator. He has a profoundly grounding presence. His guided breathwork during sauna invites in a deep sense of calm and is something I look forward to. Sometimes he plays the sound bowls in sauna too which is awesome. I’ve taken class with some of the other facilitators too and they were great as well.
  
  I love the contrast therapy. But honestly the community is the best part. I’ve made some really beautiful friendships from this space. There is a vulnerability and friendship that arises easily here, and that is my favorite part. I have a sauna - and cold plunge class! - at my house. What keeps me coming back is the community.

  First:
  I cannot recommend Dr. Heim and his team at Heim Regenerative Medicine highly enough. I’ve never felt better in my life, and I attribute that directly to the care I’ve received here.
  
  Dr. Heim is truly in a league of his own. He is the first doctor I have worked with who treats me as a "one of one," taking a deeply personalized approach to my health and wellness rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. He does a fantastic job of taking the time to listen, explain complex concepts clearly, and he has a genuine, evident passion for getting to the root cause of health issues.
  
  His level of knowledge, clinical skill, and compassionate care is far above any other practitioner I have experienced. If you are looking for a doctor who is truly invested in your long-term well-being and health optimization, look no further than Dr. Heim.

  I’ve been attending the Friday 9am contrast therapy class at Frost & Flame, led by Keith Kemp, and it has become the absolute highlight of my week.
  
  Keith does a phenomenal job facilitating the session. In the sauna, he guides us through incredibly calming breathwork and meditation that really helps me clear my mind and reset. What makes his class stand out is how he effortlessly fosters community-building conversation among the group.
  
  The environment he creates is the perfect balance of peaceful and inspiring. If you’re looking for a structured, intentional, and uplifting contrast experience, I cannot recommend Keith’s class enough!

  Heim Regenerative Medicine Center is an absolute top-tier facility. The entire operation is incredibly well-run, and you notice the attention to detail the second you walk in. The saunas are immaculate, and the cold plunge tubs are pristine and crystal clean—which is a massive deal for contrast therapy.
  
  While Heim provides the perfect, high-end environment, Keith Kemp is the main attraction that brings it all together. He leads the sauna and cold plunge class with incredible breathwork that sets the perfect tone and helps you push through the session. His leadership and energy are the reason why so many people keep coming back. Heim has nailed the setup, and Keith nails the execution. Five stars all day!

  Heim Regenerative is one of the best forward thinking medical spots in Tampa Bay by far! I usually go for Keith Kemp’s Sauna and Cold Plug Class (which is legendary by the way). But then I started to explore Heim’s peptides and it helped me tremendously. Peptides are a big trend right now, but there’s a lot bad product out there. I wanted to make sure I was taking top of line product and being professionally guided by Dr. Heim. The peptides worked out great and the service was second to none. Highly recommend them if your local!

  Heim regenerative is at a whole different level. Dr. Heim is at the forefront of health & wellness which includes Frost & Flame (contrast therapy ).Contrast therapy is a game changer for aches and pains and light meditation . I have enjoyed meeting new friends and working with Keith Kemp and Devyn Allison as they guide us through Breath Work. I cannot express highly enough how the community they have created has helped me enjoy every just a little bit more.
