I recently had Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) with Dr. Browning, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. As a physician myself, I’m very selective about who I trust with my own care, and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, diagnostic skills, and hands-on treatment.
He took the time to identify the true source of my pain instead of just treating symptoms. The OMT was gentle, precise, and incredibly effective—I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and pain immediately after my visit.
If you’re looking for an osteopathic physician, OMT doctor, or someone who specializes in musculoskeletal pain, back pain, neck pain, SI joint dysfunction, sports injuries, or chronic pain, I highly recommend Dr. Browning.
What also sets him apart is that he offers advanced regenerative medicine treatments, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), prolotherapy, and stem cell therapy, giving patients non-surgical options to help heal injuries and improve function.

Dr. Browning is insanely professional as well as informative. He let me know everything that was about to happen as well as what to expect in coming weeks. I have chosen to come back to his practice for several reasons although I live way outside his practice area. A fair and honest doctor goes a long way with me. And he has my business!

Wonderful visit today. Dr Browning was very thorough with explained everything in a way that made me feel confident about my RA care. Kim was incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I have a connective tissue disorder that causes injury and unstable joints that most doctors don’t know what to do with. Dr. Browning has been instrumental in my healing process. I had very little hope in improving before I found prolotherapy. The provider I went to before was very aggressive and I would be wheelchaired out of there. Dr. Browning is very precise, gentle injector and a great educator. He uses ultrasound guidance, which is very reassuring. Thank you for doing what you do and taking such good care of me the last couple years! Highly recommend!

Dr. Browning is a very knowledgable Physician. He took his time explaining the reasons why I am feeling my areas of pain. He explained the different options and procedures can that can done to help my symptoms. He provided me the option to do the procedure at the time of the visit and so I moved forward with the procedure and he made me feel very comfortable while doing the procedure. I am very hopeful with my healing journey. Thank you Dr. Browning and Kim!! You both are great!!
