Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center

10/10!!! I was so nervous to have hyperbaric treatments after my surgery, but the staff were phenomenal and absolute angels. From helping me change my clothes and during the treatment itself, the ladies went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and walked me through everything every step of the way. Thank you!!!

My 10 year old son was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. Instead of going the route of Remicade, we had heard positive experiences with HBOT from individuals we personally knew, and decided there was no harm in giving this a try, as there isn’t the risk that you have from extreme medication treatments etc. Especially for a child who was already immune suppressed from a liver transplant and dealing with multiple other medical issues. After just under 2 months of fundraising, we were able to purchase the 40 “dive” package that had the biggest discount available. I already knew that it was vital to have a “hard” chamber and NOT a “soft” chamber that people sometimes buy for their home, as the treatment is completely different and for his medical needs, we knew only the hard chamber was able to give the chance to be beneficial for what we needed. The biggest decision for me was deciding between a mono chamber or the group option. As a mother, I felt very uncomfortable with the idea of my son being in the group chamber where everyone watched the same show/movie mixed with other adults/kids and I would not even be allowed with him. As a conservative homeschool mom (we are very picky on media access and not raised on cartoons or Disney etc) this really unsettled me at other HBOT locations we had looked into (some of which were more affordable, but out of state). I just could not stomach the idea of being separated from my son for 2 hours and have him go through a new experience like HBOT by himself. In the group chambers they put a bag over your head and pump oxygen in that way. The idea was unsettling to me and then to not be there to calmly talk your child through it, when I’ve always been there for every medical treatment he’s always undergone in the hospitals, it baffled and worried me to not atleast be there with him for the first treatment or two. My mother in law discovered this wonderful location as an absolute answer to prayer!! When I reached out to Hyperbaric Healing Treatment and discussed my dilemma as a mother...... they completely understood the position I was in, and much to my relief, they said they were very familiar with that as a parent, and they had many clients that were children who just went in the chamber with their parent! I was so surprised and grateful when they told me this, that I was in tears! What a relief and weight of anxiety off my shoulders suddenly. Both my son & I were processed for the evaluation, and once our medical records and doctor approval went through, we were good to go and just amazed at the above and beyond kindness at this location!! From being welcomed each and every day by name with smiling faces and then helped back to our assigned locker, there are changing rooms, very well kept bathrooms and shower etc. it looked, felt and smelled like a five star spa! Erika & her team are just incredible people!! If all doctors and nurses and care professionals had this type of bedside manner that this phenomenal team has, what a difference could be made in the lives of so many! Ron & Ray were awesome in the back for vitals and monitoring us. They were so creative by letting my son do a count down before “launching” into the mono chamber and then “sealing the door” and then “lift off” and even hearing the “cabin pressure changes”..... each “trip” they talked about was which planet he was going to go to. It kept it fun and exciting for my son each and every time. I absolutely LOVE the TV set up. Each mono chamber has its own TV, DVD player for your own movies. After dive #4 I noticed we BOTH slept better, had more energy, and my muscles were relaxed like a massage. By #15 we had weaned off 2 medications for GI. Cramps were almost gone completely! We are over 2 months post treatment and my son is STILL doing exceptionally well and off a 3rd medication (Budesonide) now! We continue a vegan diet that we started during treatment. I even feel like I am in my 20s again and can mountain bike and hike for hours again! I suffer from migraines yet barely more than once a month now!

I went in 2 days after a mommy makeover surgery and am shocked at how amazing the experience was. My first time ever doing hyperbaric. I have friends who have used other facility’s chambers which are totally different than these and they have told me they’ve nearly had panic attacks in them. I’m claustrophobic and this did not phase me one bit (I’m surprised myself actually!). I closed my eyes as they pushed me through the hole into the chamber and once inside I opened them and never felt stuck, enclosed or anything else. The glass/acrylic (whatever) is so crystal clear and clean that you can’t tell where it is unless you were to reach out and touch it (which I didn’t). The entire team was excellent, friendly and professional. Especially Irene, she is truly special!! She helped me with my bandages, helped me in the restroom, and helped me get changed and made sure I was comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!

The team here is professional and treat you with urgency! I’ve had a seamless experience every time. I came for treatment, immediately after being released from my procedure and the girls were ON TOP OF ALL OF IT! From bandages to redressing. I’m truly grateful and wish I knew/could list all of the girls names who helped me out because they deserve the shout out! Great team! Great treatment! Great experience. Thank you!

Please be aware that they have to email you and you have to pay first on the phone before they can schedule you for an appointment. No walk in to pay or the idea of having other options before any consultation. Everything has to be paid first before anything. They don’t tell you this beforehand. You HAVE to give them your email address to even move forward to even know the prices. I think there taste of operation is very distasteful as it doesn’t give proper care for those who are sick and need treatment. It’s only about the money they truly are concerned for, not for future patients. It’s tacky. I’ll be going elsewhere. Thanks for the poor treatment!
