I had such an amazing experience tonight at Sound & Somatics with Cait Rainey at the Regeneration Room
From the minute I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The owners were incredibly kind, warm, and inviting, and the space itself has such a peaceful and beautiful energy.
Cait created an incredible Sound & Somatics experience. It was relaxing, grounding, and exactly what I needed. I was able to truly let go, be present, and just receive.
And the EE System (Energy Enhancement System) was something completely new for me. Being in that environment while experiencing the sound bath made the evening feel even more special. I walked out feeling peaceful, relaxed, and recharged.
As someone who truly loves sound and continues to learn and experience different approaches, nights like this mean so much to me. I'm so grateful I decided to come.
Thank you Cait and the wonderful owners of Regeneration Room for making us feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. I will definitely remember this experience. 💜🙏✨ -

What a blissful, tingly experience. I can confidently say that my time at this center has been the ULTIMATE BEST in my quest for personal healing. Regeneration Room in Orlando and it's owner, Mark, have proven to be a beacon of warmth and support in my journey. But seriously, GRATITUDE to the owner(s) of this center. His graciousness, hospitality, and welcoming demeanor create an atmosphere that is unparalleled in my experiences.
I wholeheartedly recommend supporting this center for anyone seeking a place of genuine care and understanding in their journey to well-being. I'm really happy for being a part of EES family today. Things I have purchased: A Medalion, head shower, special salt and Electrolytes. Thank you 🙏🏻 -

The staff and services are amazing! I did the 5 overnights and it made a big improvement already with my issues. Also love the sound bath class with Kate

Took advantage of an offer to spend 20 hours in EESystem in 2 consecutive overnight stays. I felt safe and secure in my environment, thanks to my guardian angels Fal and Shiva. More importantly, I saw an immediate result in my Continuous Glucose Monitor of flat BS levels from midnight to 6 am at or below 100 which have remained for 4 consecutive days. Can’t wait to see what 2 weeks later brings. Also I slept deeply. Will definitely do this again.
