    The valet parking made the visit easy given the location of the facility in the main building. I can probably use the garage next time, but I did feel pampered.
    Wound care treatment itself was first class though getting the initial consult took much longer than ideal, almost enough to allow the condition to resolve itself.
    The nurses, doctor, and staff were attentive and efficient. The level of care and commitment shown is a credit to their professionalism.
    The delay from the initial appointed time for treatment, while significant, was not excessive.
    Arrangements for aftercare and supplies are again first rate.

    I’ve been going to Wound Care for quite some time, I have never had a bad experience, whether it’s check-in, wait time, it is always a clean and safe environment.
    The entire staff, a very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
    The nurses are amazing, nurses truly are special people. Thank you for making my experience a happy one.

    Bayhealth Wound Care is amazing. The nurses are fantastic. Kelly is great; she is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are blessed to have her and the entire nursing team. We appreciate all they do for their patients.

    UPDATE:
    The staff.has made a complete turn around when it comes to scheduling and seeing patients in a timely manner. They are awesome and the effort is appreciated!!!

    Normal wait time is 50+ minutes past your appointment time in the waiting room then an undetermined amount of time in the room actually waiting for the doctor....their scheduling policy IS for profit only not efficiency or concern for the patient and other appointments they may have. This is almost an ALL DAY appointment.BE AWARE however, you will sign an agreement to give advance notice to cancel and strict guidelines on arrival times. They charge for that too...

    Very nice compassionate staff, everyone do the best to make you feel comfortable, they do great what's scheduling your appointment and getting you In-N-Out. So great
