Absolutely horrible waited to get the appointment only to have then cancel 45 minutes before I was to be seen they lack basic time management skills obviously and can't see me until may 28th 2 weeks from now what makes it all better is the woman who called didnt give me her name and was terrible at even acting empathetic great job yale you have another happy customer who you never even saw thanks to incompetence

Had an open wound with a hole in my chest from an infected loop recorder that had to be removed. Wouldn't heal and after a few visits to the ER, I was referred to the Wound Center. After 4 visits It is now healed.

Have had several appointments there over the last 5 months and have never been happier with an entire staff, nurses and doctors alike. They treated me like they cared and listened to me. Now I’m healed and I have them to thank for it.

They tell you to be on time or cancel, but when your on time they make you wait a long while. Doctor does not listen at all and is very conceded as well as not sensitive of the patients needs. Won't go there again.
