My friend’s appointment was at 12:30, we arrived at the office at 12:15 There were already individual's waiting. There was no receptionist, no signup sheet, no directions. Once ALL staff return from lunch at 12:30 everyone was told to register by first come. Patients were discussing why would they make appointments at 12:15 when all staff are at lunch. The real issue is” They started taking patients out of order. My appointment was 12:30, I arrived 12:15, I was third in line, 2 other patients went before me that came after. We were told, paperwork was started on another patients and there wasn’t in any order. We were told we would be called next. We were called in at 1:05pm. 45 minutes after arriving. This is unacceptable! This is HARTFORD HEALTH NOT YALE. After intake, which took 14 minutes. Nurse Laura was kind, patient and informative.

I have been here twice in the last year including my current stint for a different issue. Lisa, Ingrid, Laura and others in the nursing staff have made me comfortable and the wound care from fall 2017 included 10 visits with a vacuum pump in my leg and I was returned to Masonicare in better shape than the week before as the wound from a previous surgery at another hospital had opened up. It is now 100% healed with a small mark. The current issue was handled in-house for 2 months without advancement of healing. After 10 days I am showing marked improvement and I look forward to being a discharged patient sooner rather than later. Dr. Michael Tinker is a board certified Emergency Physician and an excellent surgeon for my wound care.

My father was seen here for wound management… he has multiple wounds and because his consult only specified 1 wound they wouldn’t even look at anything else with out asking multiple times just to merely take a look. It took us weeks to get 1 appointment. Dr Wright has mediocre at best bedside manner. Very unfortunate that the patients that are seen here might not be able to advocate for themselves like my father can.

I have changed my review to 0 stars. After experiencing multiple unprofessional and unkind interactions witnessed by my family I provided feedback and multiple complaints to practice manager Pam. I also had to request I not be seen by specific nurses. Eileen and Natalie specifically - we’re rude and unable to follow any requests with accuracy. Dr Isaac Jabbours care was also unprofessional. he was impatient and critical and clearly has lost his ability to be a caring Doctor.

Thank you to the caring, professional staff for healing my husband's foot wound in a much shorter time than expected! I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking alternative methods to heal wounds faster, with up to date products and procedures. They really take the time to explain everything to you.
