I’ve been a member at Restore for over two years and have used many of their services, including IV therapy, sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, Neveskin, and Hydrafacials. The staff is truly what makes this place stand out. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, and they always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. The positive energy and genuine care they show their clients is unmatched. I also appreciate how much they do for their members and how consistently high the level of service is. Whether you’re looking to improve recovery, wellness, or simply take better care of yourself, I highly recommend Restore. It’s been a valuable part of my wellness routine, and I look forward to continuing my visits for years to come.

Very disappointed. I went in for IV therapy and the nurse had 3 failed attempts at gaining access with a 22g which is the easiest to get even on a patient with tough access. I can be a tough stick, but not that tough and I was drinking a lot of water all day. After her second failed I asked if there was another nurse that had skills with tough sticks and she said that she is that person. The third fail (on my right hand) I had to tell her to stop because she blew the vein (clearly and obviously) and kept moving it around because she thought she could still get access. Extremely painful! If you are offering IV therapy, get nurses with good IV skills because not everyone is going to have textbook perfect access. She was nonchalant about it, saying "I guess you are my tough stick for the day", and offered me shots instead. I told her which 2 I wanted, she took me in a med prep room / storage room, didn't wash her hands and gave me the two roughest shots I've ever had. It was as if she just wanted to get me out of there. Everyone needs to do better.

Love this place!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They really make you feel welcomed. The HBOT and red light therapy has been such a game changer helping me recover from a complex revision rhinoplasty. I’m amazed at the results so far and feel so much better overall. Whether you are looking for a place to continue your path on wellness or restore wellness, this is the place to come. I got diagnosed with Lyme and debilitating tickborne co-infection, and coming here is changing my quality of life. From compression therapy, to the Infared sauna, and IV therapy, I am slowly healing my body and feeling better each day. The staff is so accommodating and genuinely care about your individual needs.

I’ve wanted to try IV therapy but have been very skeptical so I never did it. I saw a BOGO offer here and decided to take that opportunity to finally try it out. The first time, I got the “recharge” IV therapy and noticed plumpness in my skin immediately after but not much difference in how I look or feel the following day. The next time I came, I had the opportunity to choose 5 of my own vitamins so I decided to get specific vitamins I felt like catered to my needs: Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Magnesium and Vitamin D I believe. I do feel like I felt more refreshed the following days, it wasn’t drastic but I noticed overall energy. I was told it’s more effective the more you do it, like working out. I would try IV therapy again if I was feeling particularly depleted but I don’t think I’ll be partaking in this on a regular basis. Lastly, I want to mention Taylor was wonderful both times! She is super professional and efficient while being cool and friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who has very little patience dealing with crappy people, having someone as well rounded like her at an establishment genuinely adds a lot of value to the experience.
