BEWARE - I rented a chamber, and the compressor was damaged during shipping upon return. These chambers cost the consumer $23,000. Common sense would say to put INSURANCE on the return shipping. OXYHEALTH DOES NOT PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE, and you'll only find this out when they charge you for the damages FedEx caused that OxyHealth chose not to insure themselves against. Had they offered to have me purchase the insurance for them, I would have done it in a heartbeat, but they didn't offer that option either. The deposit I paid was $3000, and OxyHealth kept $1700 for a dented outer casing. I repeatedly asked if they purchased insurance when they arranged for return shipping. I've emailed and called them for three weeks with promises for an answer. On the last attempt, I was promised a return call by the Vice President, and still...nothing but crickets. Their warehouse claimed that it didn't have padding included, so the outer casing was dented. It was wrapped in bubble wrap with pool noodles added for extra firm protection. Here is a photo of $1700 worth of damage to a compressor outer casing they sent to me. Judge for yourself on the truthfulness of the cost and whether you want to do business with them. You've been informed and warned.
