I had an excellent experience at Thrive Hyperbarics. From the moment I walked in, Brian made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and professional. He is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people coming in for treatment. What stood out most was how thorough he is with safety. Brian takes the time to explain everything clearly, walks you through the protocols, and makes sure you feel completely comfortable before starting a session. That level of attention builds a lot of trust. The facility also uses a medical-grade hyperbaric chamber, which was important to me when choosing where to go. One moment that really stuck with me was when Brian stayed later one evening so I wouldn’t have to wait outside in the cold for my ride after my treatment. My surgeon highly recommended hyperbaric oxygen treatments to help with my recovery. He specifically said to be sure to use the chamber method for at least 5 consecutive days. I called so many places and when I spoke with Brian, he was the nicest and most informative. He was always on time, super clean and definitely accommodating to my procedure needs. I let him know I get claustrophobic and he talked me through every session. He put a movie on for me, checked on me and made sure I was comfortable.
