    As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, IV's and putting stuff in my body I can say with absolute certainty THIS is the place if you need iron or infusions of many forms. These women have changed my whole perception on infusions and Healthcare in general. Mel, Aima and Sue in Fairbanks have become 3 ladies I Iove seeing every time I come here. Lux infusion is clean(and I'm OCD so I'm picky with cleanliness and germs), they are organized and everything flows so well here. The chairs are top notch and help immensely to rest. They dont rush me and always make me feel like I'm ok even when I was freaking out a little bit. I am so incredibly thankful for these ladies here and couldn't imagine ever having to go back to the hospital again for infusions. Lux is like the luxury version of infusions and like a little family here. 🫶

    After nearly a decade of getting infusions at the hospital, my insurance provider arbitrarily decided that was no longer an option. My primary care doctor had me try Lux Infusions and for the first time ever, insurance provider BS seems to have actually been to my benefit. The facilities at Lux are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I received good care. I can highly recommend Lux for anyone receiving local infusion therapy.

    This is the best infusion center i have ever been to. Everyone is so very nice and sweet I felt heard and knew they were going to take the best care of me and make sure I had the best experience. I wish I could rate as a 10 because these ladies in fairbanks are superb!
