    Sylvia McCormick is the best doctor I've ever had! She follows up with me and uses her own research to treat conditions I could likely get like diabetes before they become a game changing disease. This is a very invaluable medical service to me!

    I hate to give low reviews of medical offices but I’m saddened by how far the Fairbanks clinic has fallen. When it was still owned and run by both Dr. Carl Thomas and his wife , it was an excellent established practice. Once it was bought it became a cold streamlined place. The NP does not take her time and seems frustrated with her own staff. She decided the medical assistant had taken up too much of her appointment time and sped through my appointment in less than 5 minutes for a new problem. It felt like I was back at a military clinic. The office building is nice but the medical staff seem rushed to get you in and get you out within 15 minutes. Very sad to see. I gave the office several chances but I have moved my care elsewhere.

    The staff is always helpful and courteous. My provider Syliva MacCormik has excellent communication with me. She includes me in my plan of care and is very knowledgeable. If you want a caring and supportive healthcare team you can have that at Fairbanks Clinic. Thank you for all you do.

    If its anything beyond a common cold you're better off going anywhere else. Dr Worthington does not listen to patient needs or concerns and it seems once you leave your appointment the ground covered is forgotten, have been a patient for 4 months, and in those months referrals have not been made as they said they would. Office staff did not notify doctor of regular calls regarding changes in health and emergency visits/labs etc. As well as many other communication issues such as not requesting records from other clinics even with appropriate release forms signed at initial appointment. In the 4 months as a patient of dr Worthington. My health has declined and no actions were taken even after repeatedly calling. I feel as if the ball was completely dropped in regards to my care and once that was voiced the dr stated he was no longer willing to work with me because i was so dissatisfied after nothing being done in 4 months worth of regular visits.

    I have been with my doctor for years and she moved to the fairbanks clinic where I can say is a wonderful place. They got me in early and I always have an awesome appointment with my doctor. I would recommend the fairbanks clinic to anyone needing a kind hearted experience. Everyone is absolutely wonderful.
