Riverview Regional Medical Center

This hospital took good care of me and got me well when another hospital just medicated me and sent me home in bad condition. The emergency room was a bit rough to wait through but they recognized that I was in a lot of distress. I was admitted to the sixth floor and taken very good care of and they got me well quickly. I was admitted on Saturday and they had me back on my feet by Monday evening and ready to return home. The staff was very kind and compassionate and took great care of me. They treated my symptoms and addressed the cause. They checked on me all night often discreetly. There were not a lot of noises throughout the night and I was able to rest and mend. The food from the cafeteria was delicious and prepared with love. There were choices and the kitchen made sure I received my preferences every meal. I felt that they truly cared about my health and my comfort. I will choose them again when I need healthcare for sure! Thank you so much to the care team on the sixth floor, especially the night staff! You are my heroes. For this I am grateful.

From the moment we entered Riverview Medical Center we were treated very well. The nurses, doctors and everyone involved with my husband’s surgery were polite, friendly, and informative. Our room was clean and in good repair. Each time we called the nurses they responded quickly. I was keep updated on my husband’s movements and his progress. We would like to thank Christine (post-op), Michelle, Kelly, and Ashley his (Rn’s) Kellie in recovery, and pre-op Leigh (hope I got that correct). You were all wonderful. They guys and gals there are awesome. Very nice and informative. They treated my daughter with a lot of care. She went for an endoscopy. Today she goes back for a sonogram and hidescan. I’m sure they will be just as great today. Lol in this pic we were waiting to talk to Dr. Amin about the results. She looks so tired and pitiful. Lol really she was just hungry and a little mad because I told her she couldn’t drive anywhere when we got home because of the anesthesia. Lol teenagers 😂!!

I had a colonoscopy today, and every single team member made the experience so much better than I expected. Carly, RN, in pre-op was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease. The procedure team — Reshonda, RN, Annie (Tech), and Nikki, CRNA — were professional, kind, and made me as comfortable as possible (which says a lot considering it was a colonoscopy!). They truly took care of everything, right down to my cell phone and glasses. And waking up to Ciara, RN, being the first face I saw was the perfect ending. She has such a joyful, calming presence. I’m very grateful for the excellent care from Riverview Hospital and this entire team.

I was very pleased with the care I received. All the people involved were wonderful. They made me feel like I was the only patient there. That truly let's one know they love their job and sincerely care about each patient. Thank you Carol and the sweet nurse, (I don't remember her name ) in pre-op. We had a little trouble sticking me but it definitely was not their fault they did a great job. They were so easy and kind. Thanks to Stephanie Tech, Reshonda RN, Jeff CRNP for taking care of me during the procedure and Stacy post op RN. And thanks to Dr Amin for my easy quick no problems procedure.
