I recently had all my upper teeth pulled at this facility. Everything was explained in great detail, since I am a heart patient and wearer of a pacemaker, and would be intubated while under anesthesia for this procedure. This procedure was done by Dr. David Davis. He was, and is, the best. I came through surgery knowing exactly what to expect. I have had no problems at all pertaining to this procedure. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, and informative. Great job!

My veins were extra stubborn today,but the nurses and staff pushed through and got me all hooked up. From the checking to the checking out, I was impressed with each staff member! The kindness, made me feel at ease every moment, and just them being the loving people that they are, made my visit better!

Thank you to the staff at the hospital everybody seemed very nice and concerned for me.. I came in by E.M.S. they were caring as well. My sugars were extremely high when I came in . My e.r. staff was amazing.i appreciate the staff very much. I than went to I.C.u. I had excellent care. I want to let everyone know that Edwin had made my time in I.c.u. good. I feel like Edwin took very very good care of me. I feel he went above and beyond.. he is my M.V.P. for sure.. so thank you Edwin and to the staff . Thank y'all again.sincerley. Shane Meadors

I had great nurses and techs . Very professional and helpful . Kind and helpful. You couldn't ask for a nicer more competent staff. I had numerous tests and left with no answers for what happened to me. Its still a mystery. Some tests I had already had done for clearance for surgery so I feel that was redundant. Im still dizzy and weak but am slowly getting better. The only thing they found was a UTI. I fully understand that in people over 50 it can cause a number of problems. But I did not suffer from delusion or aggression. . Dizziness and I passed totally out. Something that has never happened to me before in my life. Hopefully not to happen again.

My now former Urologist uses this facility for treatment operations both out and in-patient. The testing part that I had to do two days prior to my surgery was good. Was in and out within an hour. The issues were on the day of my outpatient surgery. The facility called me said my appointment time was 10:30am. Wife and I got there a little before 10, because traffic was great. Checked in and waited, and waited. We both went up twice between 10:30am and 11:50. At around that time we overheard one of the staff say I forgot about them (we were the only ones left in the waiting room.). We were quickly called and rushed to a far back room, given my gown and socks to get dressed in. So now it’s 12:00pm. I ask the nurse if she knows how much longer we will be, and she says the doctor isn’t even there yet. So I ask, is there a way to check where he is? She says she will try to find out. I opt to call the doctor’s office directly and check. Apparently he was scheduled to have appointments in the office, last one being at 12 noon. So I do the math, and come up with the doctor isn’t going to be there until after 1, as it takes an hour to drive from where he is to the hospital. The nurse was outside while my wife and I talked about leaving due to the fact we had been there now for 2 1/2 hours and the doctor would be another hour, then there was 1 person ahead of us that he had to work on, then us. This pushed our time there to being around 6 1/2 hours, at least 3 of them before the doctor left his office. The nurse came back in and says, let’s go ahead and get your IV started, and I said, no, we will be canceling. The scheduling they had set up was a ridiculous time waster. Preop should be no longer than an hour and a half. Will not be going there again. They get 2 stars just for some of the employees being courteous.
