  From start to finish we had an amazing experience with Ivinson. They were quick and efficient at getting my daughter in to be seen, and then they made sure to be very thorough about our at home care. We had great doctors and nurses at both the Laramie location as well as the Cheyenne location.

  Dr. Johnson is very easy to talk t. He listened to what I had to say and took the time to ask questions give me feedback in English! His staff are friendly and professional. I look forward to working them on future visits.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Munsell. She had to scrape debris off my ear drums and talked me through the entire process and was just absolutely amazing. Genuinely listens and spends time with you and responds super quickly to messages.
  
  Went above and beyond even while being short staffed. Saved my ears after a month and a half of having issues. 10/10

  The care is always great. Sunday I finally get mri on my ear. It is still hurting. What I have noticed is when my heart rate increases my ear hurts more, but I'm not gonna stop my jogging. I don't understand why my ear won't stop hurting and that there really isn't any answers. Hopefully mri will help find answers. I like that the doctors just don't dismiss and hear me.

  I have not had a very good experience with this place I've had to remind them to do there job appt scheduling is ridiculous and I seem to have a problem with getting my prescriptions in my order sent to everybody. Oh yeah and they didn't even complete my surgery properly.
