I had an amazing experience with Josie at Vivid! She did my Botox and lip filler, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
My Botox looks smooth and natural, and my lips are beautifully enhanced without looking overdone—exactly what I was hoping for! Josie has a great eye for detail and truly cares about achieving the best results for her clients.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly talented, I highly recommend Josie at Vivid. I’ll definitely be back!

I just wanted to come on here and give a huge shoutout to Jordan, the aesthetician! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. I left my appointment feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with skin that literally felt as soft as a baby’s butt!
What really impressed me was her skincare recommendations. I started using the products she suggested, and within just two weeks I noticed a huge difference. My skin is smoother, more hydrated, and the crepey texture has significantly improved. I used to avoid wearing makeup because it would settle into my fine lines and make them more noticeable. Now my skin looks plump, smooth, and healthy, and my makeup goes on beautifully.
Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping her clients achieve real results. If you’re looking for someone who provides both an amazing facial experience and skincare that actually works, I can’t recommend her enough! -

Have started recently coming to ViVid for Vit C infusions and Ozone therapy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining at times;)
I had an issue the other day and got lightheaded during one of my sessions. Lauren acted quickly and professionally and made sure that I was ok. (Even checking on me later).
So 5 stars for Vivid for what they offer and 5 stars for the staff! -

I just had my first ever IV Therapy session. As I looked to book the appointment, Lauren was great providing recommendations and explaining the various options. At the appointment, she throughly explained the process for before, during and after which put my mind at ease. The entire experience was positive and I look forward to my next visit!

I absolutely love Vivid Wisconsin! Their IV therapy has made such a noticeable difference in how I feel; more energy, better hydration, and overall just feeling my best. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and makes the entire experience comfortable and easy every time.
