    Dr. Reynolds is a knowledgeable provider who truly cares. Dr. Reynolds was able to identify root causes of my severe illness and provide treatment options when no other M.D. could. She listens carefully to my symptoms and asks questions about my background. I appreciate that Dr. Reynolds does not aim to cover up my health problems with a band-aid. I only wish I had found Dr. Reynolds/Forum Health prior to becoming severely ill. A root cause approach to medicine should be the rule, not the exception. The work you do at Forum Health is so important! Thank you for all you do!

    Response time using the web application is very slow. It took over 15 days from my appointment date to get my prescriptions submitted to the compound pharmacy. Perhaps this is because I’m a new patient, but there is room for improvement!

    The knowledge of the medical provider is excellent!

    Very good experience in the HBOT capsule. Much quieter than others I’ve been in. 4.1 atmospheres achieved in 5 minutes. Supplemental oxygen provided through a small mask.

    Christine Davis is VERY knowledgeable and caring. She's calm and explains things so I understand.
    I've been seeing her for 1½ years.
    I would highly recommend!

    Noor and Maria go above and beyond in guiding their patients in deciding what is best for their individualized health goals. If they don’t know the answer to a medical question, they contact the Dr immediately. Their kindness is in large part what brings my husband and I back to the Mequon clinic.
