  Very helpful treatment! Helps so much with inflammation, exercise recovery, and allergies. On days I’m tired it provides the absolute best nap. Definitely need to go multiple times (at least three, once per week) to start feeling the benefits.

  Highly recommended specially if you were on a healing journey.You canit can definitely accelerate long-term results. The staff is friendly and welcoming and made the process very easy and comfortable. I will return for additional visit and recommend to my client.

  I went in to help with removal of toxins in the body. I ended up going back several times as muscle tension and soreness was also relieved. My last session I was the day after an intense weight lifting session and my shoulder was stiff and sore, after one hour the pain was gone.
  The staff is great and accommodating and the chambers are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to further their health, clear their mind, and relieve stress

  The owner Janell and all the staff are so kind and genuinely cared about me and my well being. They let me come in on a day they don't see the public because they knew my case was immergent. Knowledgeable, kind, caring and over the top accommodating. You can't go wrong going here.

  Met with the owner on my first time and she was very nice and down to earth. Facilities seem clean and aesthetically calming. They have great membership deals and packages that have great value. I will be back
