It’s not often you come across something that changes your life, but today was such a welcomed surprise. I went into In-Light unsure of what to expect, and I left that building a new woman. There are so many treatment options and Cait walked me through everything helping me choose the right treatments for me. The oxygen chamber was so cool! It was surprisingly comfortable and got my body ready to do some healing! Red light therapy is something I wasn’t really familiar with, but after a detailed explanation of the befits of it I was all in! Now my plan is to be back every week! The TRT treatment is life-changing. I went from constant knee pain all day everyday, to feeling like I had brand new baby knees! I have never been more excited about any treatment in my life! I can’t wait to get back in there and see what wonders it can do with my hips! Edna walked me through everything and explained what she was doing every step of the treatment and exactly how it worked. I was elated by the time I left! Everyone at In Light is amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

Every experience I have at In Light Hyperbarics is phenomenal. The HBOT therapy has significantly increased my healing time post operation. I love that I can dive with my aunt which is both cost effective and great for her health as well. The staff are all knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly.

Went in today for my first mild chamber dive! Staff was so amazing and answered all the questions I had. I immediately felt so relaxed and took a nice little nap. Thank you In Light for offering such healing modalities in your wellness space.

This place is all kinds of wonderful... that’s partly due to cutting edge equipment, but really it’s the wonderful people who work there. I had a little insider info on what the oxygen chamber was about, but still really wasn’t sure what to expect. I need to work on my army crawl entry LOL... I’m just getting old here. I’ve had ear surgeries, but I had an easy dive with no pain whatsoever. I got comfortable with a fan and light. I eventually started nodding off just before it was time to bring me “back up”. I was so relaxed that I nearly misplaced my debit card and left my backpack with laptop behind... Oops! (SQUIRREL)They took good care of me there, too! It could be interesting to try at the end of a long day as opposed to the morning slot I took this time. Either way... totally a good thing I did for myself. You will thank yourself, too!
