  I believe anyone dealing with health issues needs a doctor who truly listens and understands what they’re going through. I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Jacquelyn Meinhardt. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains her recommendations in detail, and helps me understand why a particular supplement or medication is being suggested. She also creates a thoughtful, personalized care plan that feels realistic and tailored to my needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
  
  That level of clarity, structure and care has made a real difference for me, and I’m seeing meaningful improvement in managing my day-to-day activities.
  
  I also want to recognize her assistant, Audrey Carlson. She is extremely responsive and does a great job coordinating everything—from answering questions to handling prescription updates or supplement changes. Her communication is prompt and reliable, which makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
  
  Overall, I feel well-supported and confident in the care I’m receiving. I highly recommend Dr. Jacki and her team to anyone looking for thoughtful, attentive healthcare.

  We had a very positive experience at Amen Clinic in Reston VA.
  The entire staff is caring, attentive and genuinely supportive. They have a full team in place, always someone available, and we never waited for help or felt overlooked.
  What stands out the most is the time Dr. Fillyaw spent getting to know my granddaughter as a person, not just a patient. His approach was warm, patient and non-judgmental. This made her feel comfortable and safe to open up and communicate freely.
  The level of compassion and attention from him made the experience truly meaningful.
  We are hopeful and encouraged about the path forward and optimistic for a positive outcome for our granddaughter. We are grateful to the entire team.

  The Amen Clinic was extremely thorough. All the staff was extremely friendly and answered my questions fully, which I had a lot. They took time to explain the process and the clinical review was thorough as well. Dr. Fillyaw was great and listened well to what I had to say and asked invoking questions to gain more information and then later explained why he asked those questions. The program is detailed and does require a lot of work on your part especially after the scans are done. If you are prepared to put the time into the resources they provide I think it will be very helpful. I traveled about 5 hours to be seen at this location, closes one to me and it was well worth it just getting the insight on how and why my brain reacts during the scan. It is expensive but with all the resources they provide it has a lot of value for your money. Since i am not local they are willing to work with my doctors which will save me some money because some of the treatments may be covered by my insurance. I'm excited about my future and feel like i can better understand the way that i am because of my visit.

  I share this review based on our experience with Jacki Meindhart and her assistant Audrey. They both are very responsive, understanding, kind and supportive. We are thankful for Jackie’s professionalism and expertise to help us in her part of the Memory Rescue program we signed up for. Although we signed up in Atlanta we got fortunate to be placed with Jacki and Audrey.
