We had a very positive experience at Amen Clinic in Reston VA. The entire staff is caring, attentive and genuinely supportive. They have a full team in place, always someone available, and we never waited for help or felt overlooked. What stands out the most is the time Dr. Fillyaw spent getting to know my granddaughter as a person, not just a patient. His approach was warm, patient and non-judgmental. This made her feel comfortable and safe to open up and communicate freely. The level of compassion and attention from him made the experience truly meaningful. We are hopeful and encouraged about the path forward and optimistic for a positive outcome for our granddaughter. We are grateful to the entire team.
