Came into the ER this past weekend on a trip away from home. Dr. Graham was a god sent. I had been battling a stomach bug for days along with extreme panic attacks. He took the time to listen and try to help me figure out what was going on. Very quick as well to get in and out. Highly recommend!! Especially him!

I wanted to make sure I left a good review because when things go well, people usually don’t leave reviews. I am new to the area and they saw me quickly and gave me the care I needed. Every nurse, doctor, assistant agent etc. was so kind and nice. I am someone that hates going to the doctor because it stresses me out, but when you need help… go here.

I am a veteran who was referred by VA Community Care to Rutland Regional Medical Center. They sent the bill to me, which they are not supposed to do with a VA referral. I contacted them several times over 6 months and they assured me it was resolved. However, the bill kept coming and now they have referred it to a collection service. This now threatens my credit score and ability to get a needed house loan. I’m paying a big price now for their incompetence.

FIRST OFF I JUST TRIED TO READ THROUGH ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE AND COULDN'T. LET THAT SINK IN. THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE. THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!
f you can get yourself to any other hospital or urgent care. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO. Leave AMA if you are reading this now and are a patient. This hospital shipped my mother, who had enphazema and lung cancer to a facility THEY KNEW WAS RAVEGED WITH COVID. AGAINST MY WISHES. I WAS POWER OF ATTORNEY AND THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD NOT MOVE HER WITHOUT MY CONCENT. MY MOTHER WAS MISSING FOR over 8 hours before they called to tell me she had been moved without even a phone call to me, to GRANVILLE NY . This is a 2 star facility. The reviews are horrifying. It's actually nicknamed "HOUSE OF COVID" MY mother only survived 4 days there. She got COVID when she was admitted there. Probably wondering where I was. I can't even type this without tearing up because nobody could have cared less to at least pick up the phone and tell me. It is SO UNSETTLING TO THINK NOT ONLY DID SHE DIE 4 DAYS AFTER ARRIVING TO GRANVILLE REHABILATION "HOUSE OF COVID" OF COVID!!!!!BUT THAT NO ONE GACE A CRAP WERE SHE WAS GOING, IF FAMILY KNEW ABOUT IT, IF HER EMERGENCY CONTACT KNEW. Nothing just shipped her off to die then when about there day with a smile on there face. If you ANYTHING CONSIDERED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY RUN AS fast as you can to any other hospital you can get to because if you are at Rutland hospital you have found yourself at a C rated facility that you do not want to be at. Take my word. -

My husband had a skiing accident while on vacation and needed a medical visit (broken ribs, etc.) we have out of state emergency coverage but because of how it was coded by Rutland, they denied the visit. Long story short, we've been trying to get this straightened out since 1/31/26 with many hours wasted, voicemails left with no return call and threats to go to collections although our insurance and us ourselves have told them we're trying to straighten this out and to please hold the bills. Finally got them on the phone today and they said since it's considered a clinic it was an office visit not an emergency visit.. even though the nature of the visit was an emergency. Unbelievable.
