I wish I could give this place more stars. The reason for the one star review is because I’ve been on the waiting list for neurofeedback for almost five months and I’ve contacted them a few times to see where I am on the waitlist, but no one ever calls or e-mails me back. If I ever get to use their services, I’ll revise my review. But this isn’t a good way of dealing (or rather not dealing) with clients. Editing to add that after my initial review, I did get a phone call. They confirmed that I am still on the waitlist but could not tell me how long the waitlist is. At least they returned my calls after all these months, which I appreciate. Still hopeful to get in for treatment at some point.
