If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased a hyperbaric chamber from this company over a year ago and have experienced nothing but frustration, financial loss, and unprofessional customer service ever since. The unit arrived with missing parts and several components that simply did not work. Some replacement parts were eventually sent, but they also didn’t function properly. I was even instructed—via video call from China—to try and fix the machine myself. Despite my best efforts and their remote guidance, the unit remained non-operational. Approximately six months ago, I was told I would receive a full refund. After weeks of silence and repeated follow-ups on my end, I received another confirmation via email that the refund was being processed. That was five months ago, and since then, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent countless emails, made dozens—if not hundreds—of phone calls, left messages, and even booked Zoom calls. Those calls were either canceled by the host before they began or simply unattended. No U.S.-based representative ever followed up. At this point, I am out multiple thousands of dollars for the machine itself, plus the potential income (estimated at $65,000 annually) I was led to believe this system would help generate. Between the purchase cost and lost income, I estimate my total loss to be close to $100,000. To make matters worse, I can’t even properly review the chamber because it stopped functioning after only two hours of use. The “all-in-one” system they sold me has now been discontinued, with no explanation—likely because of widespread issues. So I ask: Why hasn’t my refund been issued, despite multiple confirmations? Why are my emails and calls being ignored? Why are customer support efforts practically nonexistent? This has been one of the worst business experiences I've ever had, and I am currently considering legal action. Based on my experience, I strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company. Whether it’s intentional or just extreme mismanagement, the result is the same: lost money, wasted time, and no accountability. Also, one of the only 2 other reviews has the same last name as the person I've been corresponding with who confirmed twice I would get a refund, yet hasn't been forthcoming with that refund. How can someone now who seems to be her sister (or perhaps sister-in-law, or mother, or some other close relative), give a 5 star review? Seems a bit dodgy and illegitimate!

I have never felt better than when I’m consistently using the HBOT!! US Hyperbarics has also been incredible to work with and very communicative along each step of the process. Cannot recommend them enough!!
