I came in during my work visit with a friend. He let me use his guest pass! Avery greeted me upon arrival and went out of her way to help me get some time in the red light sauna even though the slots were not open online they were able to get me 30 mins. It was really a nice gesture. The customer service was exceptional from all three employees. Avery took care of me , was so kind and made me feel very comfortable!!

I love this wellness center and this particular location. I went in for some red light therapy. I was met with such happiness to see me. They could tell I was carrying a lot of stress so Luke gifted me a compression session. His kindness and genuine care for my well being touched my heart and soul so deeply that I burst into tears. Everyone was so attentive and making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I felt very relaxed and slept so much better that night..

I had an amazing experience at this sauna and cryotherapy center! The service was exceptional, with the staff paying close attention to every detail to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I especially appreciated that they didn't pressure me into a membership, which made the visit feel relaxed and welcoming. They did have a good special holiday package too!!! The complimentary parking was also a huge bonus, making it so convenient to get there and enjoy my session. Overall, a top-notch facility that I would highly recommend!

Avery is a truly a customer service professional. A much needed breath of fresh air in Austin’s sea of bad customer service. Her and Giselle really take care of us every time. Will come back just for them.

I drove 30 min in morning traffic just to be asked if I got a message from someone (that was sent this morning) about more clearance for the services. Something that could have been communicated the previous day when I talked to someone on the phone. Waste of time, gas and parking. There was also no empathy for my clear inconvenience. This was my first time. I was told a nurse wouldn’t be in til 11 and my appt was set for 10. What a first impression this was!
