I had an excellent experience at Huemn Optimization + Longevity. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt professional, clean, and very focused on overall wellness and performance.
Eden took care of me, and she was excellent throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really made a difference in the overall experience.
I decided to try a Vitamin B12 shot, L-Carnitine, and a 30-minute PEMF session, and I’m honestly impressed with how I felt afterward. The B12 gave me a noticeable boost in energy, the L-Carnitine complemented that with a great metabolic push, and the PEMF session was incredibly relaxing while still feeling therapeutic.
What really stood out to me was how professional and informative the team was. You can tell they’re not just offering services—they’re focused on optimizing your body the right way.
If you’re looking for a place that combines cutting-edge wellness treatments with a professional and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Huemn Optimization + Longevity. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I've been coming to Huemn for about two months now and I really love it. All the staff is awesome, but I gotta give a shoutout to my girl Edell—she's the one who has helped me out from day one and she’s so detail at explaining everything. My family and I enjoy all the modalities here, from cryotherapy, cold plunge, and red light bed. Great jobs guys!

Great first time experience in the Hyperbaric Chamber. Samm was incredibly helpful and thorough talking me through the specifics before hand, but also Samm came back several times to check on me and ensure that I was doing alright - which was greatly appreciated as a first time user. While a lot of places do this same thing, given the level of care I received, I would definitely return AND also tell my friends to come here!

The team at Huemn is genuinely the BEST! I have been coming here for 4 months, 5 days a week for Hyperbaric treatments and it has been life changing. Andi, Nick, and Jay (and everyone else!) have been amazing to work with. They explain every part of the process thoroughly and encourage you along the way.
I received a lung injury at work and was maxed out on inhalers and had no other options to turn to however I was so incredibly limited with what I could do daily by my respiratory symptoms. That’s when my Pulmonologist recommended Huemn for hyperbaric treatments. Within the first week (5 treatments in) my shortness of breath and chest tightness that I had constantly lessened significantly and I was able to increase my activity tolerance. As I continued treatments I began to have less and less symptoms and increase my activity, able to do more at work and at home.
Now almost 4 months into treatment (80+ hyperbaric treatments) I have been able to go from 3 inhalers needed to 1 (and possibly none soon), I don’t have shortness of breath or chest tightness on a daily basis like I previously had at rest. I can exercise again, be more hands on at work, and complete normal daily tasks that before hyperbaric treatments I couldn’t do at all since my injury.
The hyperbaric treatments at Huemn have given me an incredible quality of life back to me and I am so incredibly thankful to their team for their knowledge and guidance through this challenging time in my life. I couldn’t recommend them more!! -

I did 10 hyperbaric sessions at Huemn M-K-T to address chronic SI joint inflammation, supplemented with a series of peptide injections. Over the course of that treatment I noticed significant improvement. I appreciate Alec and Sammy’s help, they’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They monitor you more closely on the first session. I had some ear discomfort initially due to the pressure changes and they hooked me up with gum and earplanes, and it was a breeze after that. If I aggravate my joint again or have some other injury I will definitely be back. Also thanks for Eden for walking me through the peptide injections.
